I just got an error code saying I was signed off of my PS4 because I was signed into another PS4 but I definitely was not

My first instinct is to say someone hacked me somehow. What are the steps I should take now? I haven't had much success with PSN support for past issues, so if I can avoid that, I'd like to. I'm currently logged onto my own ps4 so hopefully I've at least mildly annoyed whoever hacked me, if that's the case at all.
