If i bought the ps4 pro will all my info and games be sent over from my ps4?

I. Mean if i use the same account. Like my ps+ all my games in my library, pictures, credit card info all that?

Edit 1: also will i keep all my friends and will i be able to play with them if they only have a ps4?
