Jak and daxter pre-order code not working yet?

Hey guys, I received the Jak and daxter code from my pre-order of Uncharted TLL, but I can't activate it. Does it only work on the release of The lost legacy? I expected that the game will be added to my library and be unavailable for download at least. For anyone else that got the code, does it add the game to your library?
