Looking to play Persona, not sure where to start.

Just wanted some opinions as to whether I should play Persona 4 Golden on the vita first or play Persona 5. Would love some opinions before I make the purchase as i currently only have enough money for one or the other. Thanks for any thoughts and inputs!
