Moving my ps4 from Canada to Austria (europe), will my dlc and psn games work?

So I keep hearing my ps4 will work and that I just need a new cable to hook it up to euro outlets, no problem.

But I hear different things about everything I've downloaded with my psn account. Like games or DLC. Will I still have access to those? Do I need to create an EU account or can I keep my canadian one? I don't want to buy the injustice 2 ultimate edition dlc all over again lol...
