My ps4 is saying I need to update my password, but when I click the link it sends to my email, it takes me back to the site to send another link. What to do?

I'm sorry if this doesn't belong here, but I really want a quick answer. Here's what the email say with things ammended, every single time. I think it's a glitch.

This link expires 0 hours from the time it was sent. The link directs you to the Sony Entertainment Network Account Management website, where you can enter a new password.

I think it's a glitch because their is a zero where it should be 24 hours, and it's literally just a loop no matter where I try to get into the email from.
