so im planning on picking up the system used. when i do that -- will i be able to wipe the previous owner's info and re-register the unit to go be able to play online under my account? could the previous owner report it stolen or something and i get locked out of the playstation network?
also -- when buying a used game -- can i still download updates and play it online under my new user name?
