PlayStation Platinum Headset owners, are you happy with your purchase?

There's still quite a lack of coverage on the Platinum Headset. Reddiotrs that own it, do you feel like it was worth the money? How good is the 3D audio, is it a noticeable difference? Also with the gold Headset when you turned Virtual Surround Sound, the sound quality got a little flatter, is that also true with the Olatinum and 3D Audio?
