[Problem] Can't load Just Cause 3 save data.

Few months ago i borrowed Just Cause 3 (disk) from my friend, played to about 30% of completion, then uninstalled and gave him back the disk. I recently downloaded JC3 from my PS+ monthly games list. It automatically created fresh new saved data. I still have the old file, when i go to settings -> storage -> system storage -> saved data i have TWO just cause 3 files, one fresh new and one from few months back.

How can i "apply" the old save data? is there a way?

EDIT: both files are uploaded to the cloud, however only the fresh one is detectable.
