ps remote play lag

Hi, I've just started using the remote play and I love it!! the only thing that annoys me about it is there is a bit of stuttering and sometimes I get a gray screen for a few seconds! I'm on pc, my ps4 is in the same room, I have good internet connection "~100/mb down, ~75/mb up" One last thing, I use wifi in my pc and my ps4
