PS4 Controller Issue

Hi, I have an issue in that when I move the stick left, the resulting movement is diagonal up and left.

For example on Overwatch you go to look left and you end up looking at the sky.

It's a genuine Sony controller and my second controller doesn't have the issue.

Does anyone know what part I can replace to fix such an issue?
