My ds4 keeps turning off within a couple of seconds after I plug it in and will refuse to charge what so ever. I have reset the controller multiple times, used brand new charging cables, tried from a block and directly from the ps4 and done each in certain combinations. I have cleaned out all ports on ps4 and on my block.. ps, the wire I use charges my phone through my block and through my ps4. Does anyone know what I need to do to fix this or if i need a new controller or any similar experiences. I was never rough with the controller or violent either.
