PS4 Remote play 1080p 60fps with PS4 Pro

Besides using a computer, is there anyway to stream 1080p and possibly 60fps to a tv? I believe PS TV streams 60fps but not sure if it streams at its native 1080i or at 720p, and as much as I'm aware the latest PS4 update killed PS4 remote play for unsupported android devices like fire tv/shield.
