PS4 takes ages to load profiles

I have my PS4 since 2014, I remember it being as fast as Steam to load profiles, apps, whatever. But now it's as slow as PS3, sometimes even slower. I have to wait several minutes to load a profile from a game (sometimes it doesn't load at all). Even my profile doesn't load sometimes. I don't know why this happens. My games run with everything normal. I tried rebuilding database and everything, but still slow. If I see someone in a session and I want to add this person, I have to open my Playstation app on my android and add this person, because I know it will take about 5 minutes to load a profile from my PS4.
