[Question] Is The Freedom Cry a separate game (also a DLC I know) or do I need AC Black Flag in order to get this DLC?

I just can't download it, it tells me "App can't be found. Wanna look in the PS Store?" Not an accurate translation at all, but this is what it says. If I click "accept" it will just get me to the PS Store. It'll let me launch it but the same message will pop up anyway. So I can't download it.
