So about maybe 6 months ago I purchased my platinum headset from my local Gamestop and everything was perfect. The product was not defective and I was satisfied. Up until this week I used them and the left ear cup wasn't providing enough sound meaning that the right ear cup was louder. I thought my headset was on 3-D sound but it wasn't. I tried resetting the adapter and it rendered useless. I connected the audio cable it comes with and hooked my phone to the headset and the right side was still louder. Has anybody experienced this? I would appreciate any help to see if it's an easily soluble problem.
