storage issue in my Ps4

hey, i had my PS4 for 2 years now and it had no issue whatsoever but suddenly today while downloading Gta V i get a pop up that i have not storage left i go to check and it says the the PS4 only have 362 GB overall and i am using 300 (originally the PS4 had 407 GB overall)
