[Support] Cannot connect to internet with LAN cable

Hi! I just moved into my college dorm today, and when I hooked up my PS4, I used an Ethernet cable since I knew the wifi was gonna be garbage (it is). But when I set up the internet, the internet connection is successful, but not the PlayStation Network Sign In. NAT Type also fails. But not only that, it seems that I actually don't have internet because I can't enter the store or use Netflix or anything. The internet browser also doesn't work. The TV & Video section won't even load up for me. If it helps, the error code I keep getting is CE-33987-0. Thanks guys!
