tem_data/priv/ho Error?

Just turned on PS4 and and my PSN name is tem_data/priv/ho.

It said my saves have been deleted and my user is now tem_data/priv/ho. Any way to fix this? Thanks.

Edit: I can play my downloaded games (PES 2017) and nothing else? Only my Kingdom Hearts game doesn't work? Any idea
