Trouble logging in to account on the Sony store via web browser.

So ever since enabling 2 step verification (Well over a year ago) I have had nothing but problems when trying to sign in to the Sony store website. A couple of months ago I was having trouble with "creating" a password for my ps3 via 2 step verification. Long story short, during that time I changed my account password and thought everything was squared away. Ever since then though I haven't been able to log in Via the Sony store website without going through the process of changing my password which is really annoying... I just get "incorrect email/password" messages even though I am positive it is correct. All I want to do is log in and redeem the free games with PS+ on my computer rather than going on my ps4, ps3 and vita separately and redeeming them that way.

Anyways, I was wondering both if anyone else has had these problems, and also if there is a way to fix it? Or if I am doing something wrong?

tldr: Can't log into my account on the Sony store website (where you "buy" the free ps+games) because of "invalid email/password" even though they are correct. Issue has been occurring pretty much ever since I enabled 2 step verification.
