What's so bad about Fez/Velocity 2X/...?

Those games got great critic reviews and have high metacritic scores (89 and 86), but having "trash" user scores on PlayStation store (2.97/5 and 2.05/5, respectively)

If you purchased and played those games, what would be the problems?
