I'm a PS4, Switch and PC gamer, and I love all three platforms, however I'm starting to get more and more annoyed with my very noisy launch PS4. Not that it has become louder, not at all, but my newish PC is near silent en my Switch aswell. I especially 'tweaked' (read; bought better fans, optimized airflow) my PC to reduce noise as much as possible. It now operates in almost every game on a very low noise level. This is almost impossible to achieve with a PS4. Since the system is crammed on a custom board within the case, you basicly need to cut open your PS4 to add proper and 'silent' airflow.
If I would get to choose between a 'PS4 Silent Edition' to a 'PS4 Pro' for the same retail price, I would choose the silent PS4, even if it would be a lot bigger. What are your thoughts?
