Hey everyone! I am 22 years old and a year ago, I bought a PlayStation 4. I was never a gamer before but I WAS that annoying kid who went to friend's houses and basically just wanted to play with their video games the whole time. I never had a gaming system of any kind because my family was really poor. (As in, not always enough money to buy food kind of poor.) But last summer I started making more money, and to celebrate, I bought a PS4. It was sort of like a childhood wish-fulfillment thing.
I was pretty busy and didn't play a lot because it was my senior year of college. But I just graduated (1st Gen, woo!) and I want to play more.
I also helped my little sister (12yo) buy a PS4 so we could SharePlay since I live so far away from her. I love finding games she enjoys too.
My question is this:
What games have I missed out on these past 20 years that I could still pick up and love? What brings you REAL pure gaming joy that you'd recommend to a n00b? I played and loved Uncharted, the new Tomb Raider, and Overwatch.
TL;DR: Help me make up for 20 years of wishing I was a gamer! Games, tips, videos, etc are all welcome.
