Hi guys so i forgot my pw and i tried to reset it via entering my bday but it doesnt work. I tried to contact Sony via landline and they said that theyd send me a link on my email but i didnt receive any. So Ive decided to abandon my old acct :( and made a new one. Now im 20 and entered my bday again but it says its just a sub account???? help pls what do i do im dying thx
