All audio through headphones: smaller controller available?

For watching Netflix I really enjoy the "play all audio through headphones" feature of the PS4 -- in my experience it's been much more reliable than Roku's "private listening" (though I do have an older model of Roku).. however, sometimes I move around or exercise while watching Netflix on the PS4, putting the PS4 controller in my pocket, and it causes a lot of accidental button presses and generally makes the experience not ideal. Are there any smaller pocket-sized controller options available?

Possibly the newer models of Roku would work and be cheaper too though I'm trying to hold out for a version that supports changing YouTube playback speed (which I don't believe anybody supports yet)
