Best monitor under $120 for my ps4

I don't have many opportunities to use my TV to play the ps4 so I'd like to pick up a nice monitor to play at my desk. I'd like to also hook my laptop up to it as well. Anyone have any recommendations for something that's good for gaming and has a nice sharp image while being under $120
