Buy a PS4 slim or Pro?

Hi guys, recently I decided to buy a ps4! I have a friend, he buy a ps4 slim like 2 months and can sell me ps4 slim + pes 2017 + gta V + MotoGP 17 for 250$ My question is: buy this ps4 with games or spend some money to buy ps4 Pro??
