Can i set up the ps4 so that i can always use it through remoteplay on my laptop without the need of a screen connected to it.

Sorry for the dumb question. Shortstory- i wanna buy a ps4 now , but have no display to use it with , just a laptop. Can i for example set it up with remoteplay in a neighbor and then never need a display again. Just turn it on and use the PS4 through the laptop. Is it doable? Thanks in advance.
