CAN PS4 Pro in EU

I'm considering on buying a PS4 Pro from Canada and bringing it to Finland. Is there anything to worry about?

Will I be able to access EU PSN account with Canadian PS4? Are power supplies and voltage something to worry about? If there's something wrong with my ps4, how can I get the use out of my warranty? Do Finnish Blue-Ray discs work ok in canadian PS4 or are blue-ray discs usually region locked?

Any help around the topic would be appreciated
