[Destiny 2] Trying to install update but "cannot install update file" ???

I've been trying to install the update for the past several days and each time I download it it tells me that it's can't install the update file. I have 100 gb of space and fast internet. I've deleted the download and redownlaoded it several times and still nothing. Does anyone know a solution to this?
