Has anyone had an issue with their disk drive where the PS4 wouldn't read a disk, saying "DISK IS NOT RECOGNIZED". It would sometimes make a loud spinning noise and just stop. I've replaced the disk drive once and it still does the same thing. I was considering sending it to PlayStation for a repair but before that i was wondering if anyone else had this issue and if they were able to fix it.
