Divinity: Original Sin 2 - How does she handle with a controller?

thinking about picking this one up but am worries how she'll handle with controller. I realise games like this are almost always better with mouse and keyboard but games like shadow tactics and Xcom were completely playable for me.

Any advice would be appreciated!
