Does anyone know when Infamous Second Son becomes free for PS+ users?

Full disclosure, I'm new to PS Plus. I assumed August's free games wouldn't be available to be free after the 31st and September's free games would be available Sept 1 but I guess they aren't?

Does anyone know when the change over happens?
