Has anyone in the UK took part in playing in the, Rainbow 6 Siege ESL UK Go4 Cup tournament?

I'm pretty interested in finding out what this tournament is like. I know my best bet is trying over in the rainbow 6 sub but I thought I'd check here since this tournament is on PS4. Anyone here gave it a try before ? And if so what's the deal with signing up? I think I could scrape a team together. Thanks for any replies.
