Has anyone picked up a Crystal Blue dualshock from Walmart yet?

I pre-ordered one a few weeks back, and the delivery date has always stated today, the 28th. In fact it still does, even though it hasn’t even shipped. Does anyone know if Walmart has stocked them in stores yet? Thanks!
