I'm trying to buy 3 months of PS Plus ($24.99) through the PS Store and I go to add PayPal account and everything goes fine. But when it's time to choose a method, it only shows me credit cards and won't let me choose the balance in the PayPal account. I've already gone through and selected "Use PayPal Account Balance First for online purchases" but that doesn't seem to change anything. Any ideas how to fix this? Sorry if this is the wrong place for this.
