Help I have to restore licences every time I go on PS4

I was having an issue with my PlayStation where it wouldn't turn on. I managed to fix the issue by initializing it through the USB, but now every time I turn it on all my games are locked and I have to restore the licences. a few of them also crash saying to reinstall them because they are corrupt.

If anyone could help it would be appreciated.
