Horizon Zero Dawn copy application stopping half way and not letting me start the game.

Im stuck at copying application it gets almost half way through stops kicks me out and won't let me load the game back or anything just shows the bar paused. I thought it might be a storage issue but i have over 150gb free. I also just bought Kingdom Hearts package and the disk brand new is saying it is damaged and unreadable. I think its the disc because i was able to get to the first cut scene of KH1 and the cut seen was freezing at moments. Any help is appreciated thank you.
