I just saw that the new south park games isn't being developed by obsidian, is anyone else doubting it? Also the one year delay didn't helt my doubts, what are your thoughts?

Stick of truth is one of my all time favorite games, and I really hope fractured but whole is as good, but with obsidian out of the picture, and a new internal ubisoft developer, I really don't see this game being any good :(
