If I transfer saves with USB can I still get trophies?

Getting the Destiny 2 PS4 Pro bundle, it would be with same PSN. Does that count as same profile? If not how do you transfer rhe profile? Sucks because me and my brother share PSN under his account so I can't upload/download.
