Is there any way to track a stolen code?

Long story short, a PSN code of mine was stolen.

I contacted PSN about getting a refund and they're "investigating." Seeing how I'll never get the voucher back, I've turned my attention to revenge.

Ideally, whomever redeems the code would get banned but this is Sony we're talking about and they're more concerned with protecting criminals than improving security and getting rid of thieves.

I would love to find a way for this person to get some sort of punishment for this behavior but it really grinds me knowing it will never happen.
