It seems like I screwed up, someone changed my login ID. Where do I go to get help? The link in the E-mail isn't working. And I didn't find the answer in the FAQ.

This morning I got into my E-mail to find a Sony E-mail saying: This message confirms that the login ID(E-mail Address) of your Sony Entertainment Network account has been changed. If you haven't tried to change your login ID contact client support to get help: http://ift.tt/2kphNmR. But that link isn't opening and I couldn't find how to get help in their site. I'm from Brazil and the e-mail message was tranlated, so it may be a little different from what you'd get in a account from another region.
