Just bought a PS4 and I can't purchase Rocket League, but I was able to purchase PS+.. Says Credit card not valid.. any help?

I have tried 2 different cards, and paypal and I keep getting the same error. I was able to buy playstation plus with one of the cards but now I can't buy rocket league with that card, a different card, or paypal.. If anyone has any ideas I'd like to hear them lol
