List of somewhat authentic medieval style games?

Alright r/ps4 I just got back from a trip to Ireland where I spent the majority of my time checking out castles. Now all I want to play are medieval style games like Skyrim but without the magic. Can anyone point me to the right direction? I'm looking for sword combat, maybe with some bows, and it would be awesome to storm/defend a castle. Any suggestions are appreciated!
