I just got this brand new headset (cowin e7) that's Bluetooth and wired and when I plug it in to my controller it says I have no mic but in reality, the headset has a new, fully functional mic but my PS4 can't seem to use it. I'd really like to make it work on PS4 because I really like this headset and I don't want to return it
