My PS4 won't accept disks.

I have the all matte black fat ps4. I turned it on and for some reason my controller wouldn't connect. I hit rebuild data base and it started working again, except for the fact that it ejected my disk (after making strange mechanical noises.) Idk what happened but I tried putting it in and it went in half way only to stop right there. I pulled the disk out and now it won't go in. Idk what to do. I can try forcing it in but it doesn't feel natural and I feel like something's gonna break. Hitting eject makes three beeping sounds. Any advice?

EDIT: power cycle and manual ejection screw didn't work...
