PS Gold Headset Survey(?)

This mainly is a question to all of you about headsets on the PS4 and what the cause might be... So let's see if we can get some answers from the community and insight into this issue.

Issue: While using the PS Gold Headset , wireless, with the USB dongle in the PS4, does anyone ever get those loud pops or distortion that sounds like someone just yelled into the mic almost, or has anyone ever told you that they get that from you while you use it?

This has been a long going issue, on both the PS4 and Pro, while using the Gold Headset. It might also be present in other headsets that use a wireless dongle in the usb port. But I'm trying to narrow it down to the headset or the console itself. Because if it's the headsets, I'll get a different brand, but if it's the console, then we will know what to really expect.

I imagine it's due to some limitation in the console, where it can't handle all the processing of everything happening, and there's some bad distortion that happens into the headsets. I think it's console related, but I've never had anyone who is using a headset other than the Golds have this issue. My friend with this Astro headset never has this horrible sound come from him, but all others I know who have the Golds do have this issue, along with mine. The sound is only for a split second, but it's very loud and painful when it does go off.
