Ps4 capture card

Hey guys I was wanting to start a gaming YouTube channel and I was wondering if the standard capture card in the ps4 is good enough (and how to use it and edit videos) or if I should buy one and if so which one. I have a bucket of $40 bucks. Anyway thanks.
