When I go to the library and try to download any of the previously purchased apps, it zaps back and gives me an offline symbol on the top right. Also cannot access the PS store cause the system thinks I'm offline whereas I can play online multiplayer (FIFA, F1 etc.) with no problems. Has anyone faced anything similar?
