I had forgotten my password but I remembered it after multiple false tries. When I entered it a message appeared saying that I need to change it for security reasons and I will receive an email to reset it. I submit my email, I didn't extactly remember the birth date I have putted so more false tries, and then it says that another email will be sent again which it never came and so I tried for another reset but nothing happened again. Anyone have a clue for what is going on?
